Is shipping free?
All orders receive complimentary USPS priority shipping (usually 1-3 days) to US domestic locations. We do not currently shop internationally.
How long does it take to get my order?
All items are shipped within 1-3 business days of order. Shipping time varies depending on method and location. If you require rush shipping, please contact Cheryl once you place your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
CherylBCreates wants you to love your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item we are here to help.
For returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We gladly accept returns and will offer a full refund on non-custom items. Items returned after 30 days may be returned for online and store credit only.
Returned items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use. To request a refund or exchange, please contact Cheryl. Include your first and last name, item name and reason for return. Once return is received, all items will be carefully examined and full refund or store credit will be issued within 5 days. Please note that refund/store credit will be issued for value of merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited). Store credit is valid for 1 year once issued.
All custom orders are nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
All contact and payment information you provide is kept secure and confidential. It will be exclusively used for communication related to your order.
How do I care for the jewelry?
Variations and inconsistencies are to be expected. Be sure to take extra care to when you handle and wear to ensure longevity.
Keep it dry and clean: Moisture can damage the thread and makes metals tarnish. All materials do not react well to water, lotions and beauty products. Spray perfume before you put your jewelry on. Remove it before doing dishes, taking showers or swimming.
Be gentle and thoughtful: Each bead has been carefully added and secured by hand. If tangled, never pull or jerk your pieces. Be careful not to drop, scratch or toss onto hard surfaces. Remove before changing clothes or going to bed.
Store in a dark, enclosed space: Stow in a bag or box away from direct sunlight and separate from other jewelry.
Keep out of reach: Children or pets may be drawn to the shiny, colorful beads on your piece. Keep their curiosity at bay by storing in a safe place.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Each item is hand made and we stand by our quality of craftsmanship. If a piece arrives damaged, please return it for a complete refund or immediate repair. We cannot be responsible for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.
I’d like to send your jewelry as a gift to someone. How will it be packaged for them?
Your jewelry will arrive in a gift box enclosed with a colorful business card and care instructions Please let us know if your purchase is a gift so that we do not include the billing information with the package. We’re happy to write a personal note! Please contact Cheryl for your request.
How often are new jewelry designs made?
Cheryl makes a collection of around 20-50 pieces each year. Check back often for new items!
Do you do custom work?
Yes! Cheryl loves to do custom work so please do not hesitate to contact her with your ideas.
How long does it take to make a custom design?
The timing can vary depending on material availability and design complexity. Large necklaces may take 10-12 weeks. Bracelets and smaller pieces may require 4-6 weeks from start to finish. If we need to source a hard to find stone or supply, it may take up to 12-14 weeks.
Can I provide my own beads and stones?
Cheryl would love to work with your special beads and stones. Before agreeing to include beads and stones within the piece, please send her pictures to see what is possible. If she can include them in your piece, she first conducts a detailed inspection to guarantee that they can withstand rework without chipping or breaking.
